Aufgaben
  • Teamführung und Prozessoptimierung:
    • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Customer & Operations Service gemeinsam mit dem Team
    • Schnittstellenfunktion zu anderen Abteilungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen zur Optimierung der Prozesse
    • Unterstützung des Teams bei Eskalationen und gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen
    • Weiterentwicklung des Teams durch Festlegung individueller Entwicklungsziele mit den Teammitgliedern
    • Repräsentation der Abteilung Technical & Customer Services innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens
    • Verantwortung für Service- und Supportverträge mit unseren Kunden, inklusive der inhaltlichen Gestaltung von Vertragsbedingungen und kommerziellen Umsetzung (Planung, Forecast, Invoicing)
Erfahrungen
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung:
    • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
    • Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
    • Grundlegendes technisches Know-how
    • Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Prozesse im Bereich Customer Service & Operations
