Salary

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly above the minimum collective labor agreement (Kollektivvertrag) for this position. The estimated annual salary is EUR 65,000 to EUR 95,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection, derivation, and challenge of business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Conceptual design of IT system landscapes and detailed documentation of requirements for handover to the IT department
  • Design of PLM system implementation roadmaps to ensure stakeholder commitment and smoothly running daily business
  • Pilot projects and proof-of-concepts for PLM system implementation while ensuring business continuity
  • Support for integrating new group entities into the existing PLM system landscape
  • Serving as key point of contact within Engineering regarding the implementation of new software solutions
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions and levels, as well as external vendors and consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of professional experience in consulting, industrial, and/or academic environments, with a focus on product lifecycle management
  • University degree in engineering
  • Deep knowledge of the PLM software toolchain and experience with corresponding rollouts on a global scale
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system integration concepts
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and quality awareness
  • Understanding of project and process management
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization
  • Openness to innovation, organizational transformation, willingness to change, and learn
  • Readiness to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent business English and German language skills
