Your Responsibilities at Dynatrace
- Formulate and execute strategies for the Dynatrace Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and operational security controls.
- Champion security by design within a product-driven software organization across all product domains.
- Architect security solutions that enable our clients to derive maximum benefits from our platform, including data access and encryption functionalities.
- Collaborate within a global team, engaging closely with various departments and stakeholders.
- Utilize customer and user-focused insights to identify target demographics, use cases, requirements, and challenges.
- Deliver market intelligence, product positioning, and tangible resources to support and enhance go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop, manage, and uphold the product roadmap with a focus on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in application/product security, preferably within SaaS environments.
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience or as a Product Owner in an agile software setting.
- Extensive experience in effectively collaborating with diverse teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software-focused organization.
- A strong passion for integrating security, software, and business value.
- Proficient in user journey mapping, persona development, use case formulation, and conducting market and competitive analysis.
- Ability to translate market and business insights into product offerings that deliver distinct value to customers and align with Dynatrace's strategic objectives.
- Deep interest and understanding of technical subjects such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Solutions.
