The Commercial Identity Sales Executive plays a crucial role in managing the complete customer relationship within their designated territory. This position involves addressing initial customer inquiries with the objective of acquiring new clients and/or enhancing existing customers' products and services. This role carries sales quotas and emphasizes delivering exceptional service and outcomes for customers. The Account Executive comprehends their clients' challenges, requirements, and business objectives, advising them on product features, configurations, pricing, services, and availability to effectively address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement targeted sales initiatives, engage in outbound calling, and conduct prospecting to expand market presence and cultivate new client opportunities.
- Manage the complete customer sales process, focusing on acquiring new clients and/or upgrading existing customer offerings.
- Analyze customer needs, challenges, and business goals, providing informed recommendations on product features, configurations, pricing, services, and availability.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features and their benefits to clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, from technical teams to C-Level executives.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful technology sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and German is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
