Job Title: KYC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project and process setup for KYC onboarding and review, with a specific focus on small-scale legal entities within RBI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new processes and collaborate with IT and Compliance to support automation and achieve a high level of straight-through processing for onboarding and KYC reviews.
  • Transform regulatory requirements into policies and process steps to improve customer experience.
  • Lead the implementation of regulatory-driven requirements for the CIB Customer Coverage Board area.
  • Identify regulatory changes and align implementation actions with Group Compliance, IT, and respective business and product units.
  • Assure that CIB Customer Coverage fulfills all regulatory requirements.
  • Challenge KYC requirements to increase customer experience in areas where there is room for legal interpretation.
  • Implement a reporting scheme around resource management and portfolio quality for KYC.
  • Orchestrate the First Line of Defense for regulatory requests.
  • Represent RBI Group in conferences and international meetings upon request.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance-related responsibilities, including small-scale business segments.
  • Expertise in latest regulatory AML, FiSa, Fatca/CRS, MiFID requirements.
  • Established 3+ years of experience in project management or in a Product Owner role.
  • Caring, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
  • Critical-thinking, curious, and proactive personality.
  • Interest and knowledge in process innovation and technological developments.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Good command of English and German, CEE/CIS language is a plus.
