As a highly motivated full-stack developer who thrives in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment, you will lead our tech efforts, guiding the evolution of our platform and products while shaping the future of financial decision-making.


Your Role

  • Lead the continued full-stack development of our platform and products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Guide the company's technical direction in partnership with the CEO and product manager
  • Operate our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Buid exciting, customer-focused features that drive the next wave of innovation

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Scala OR other JVM-based languages and willingness to learn Scala
  • Experience in frontend development using Vue.Js (or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar)
  • Expertise in managing cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on GCP
  • Good command of SQL, ideally experience with Postgres
  • A team player who communicates clearly, listens well, and delivers efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy and flexibility
  • Proficiency in either German or English
