About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architecture Manager to join our AWS EMEA (Austria) - J41 team. As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions for our enterprise customers.

As a Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead complex cloud transformation projects, act as a CTO, Head of Technology, Lead Architect, or similar, and be knowledgeable in Software Development and DevSecOps. You will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching Solutions Architects, educating customers on the value proposition of AWS, and capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invent and architect solutions on AWS that deliver value, ensuring they are built resilient and secure, and deployed successfully into production.
  • Hire, onboard, and coach Solutions Architects.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, build deep relationships with decision-makers within customers.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge, speak at conferences, write blog posts and whitepapers.
  • Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
