Wir suchen eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere IT-Abteilung leitet und weiterentwickelt. Als Head of IT Development and Innovation sind Sie verantwortlich für die Strategie und die Umsetzung von Innovationen in unserem Unternehmen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategien und Innovationen
  • Abteilungsleitung und Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Kooperation mit Geschäftsbereichen und Verständnis von Geschäftsabläufen
  • Planung und Implementierung von IT-Anwendungen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Integration und Datenfluss zwischen Anwendungen
  • Projektmanagement und Koordination von interdisziplinären und globalen Teams
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Abteilungen und Führungskompetenzen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und Wertschöpfung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in PLM, ERP und MES
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 90.000,- (Vollzeitbasis, 38,5 Stundenwoche) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
