Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing customer feedback, creating insightful dashboards, and enhancing sales tools. As a key member of our Global Sales Team, you will collaborate closely with international teams, train new colleagues, and promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize sales processes for lead management, account acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Create insightful dashboards for data analysis using Power BI.
  • Enhance sales tools, including CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and DPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economical field and have at least 3 years' experience in sales and/or project management or sales controlling. Proficiency in English is essential, and German is a plus. You should also be able to lead inter-functional teams and projects and be detail-oriented.
