About the Role

As a Sales Excellence Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Teams to develop and refine sales-related processes and systems. Your creativity, open mindset, and excellent communication skills will be key as you work with international teams, train new colleagues, and promote best practices.

  • Develop and optimize sales processes for lead management, account acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver process and system training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Sales teams.
  • Continuously enhance sales tools, including CRM systems.
  • Monitor Sales KPIs and DPIs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales and/or Project Management or Sales Controlling.
  • An excellent understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
  • The ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects and be detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • A willingness to travel to other sales offices.

Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €90,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and level of experience needed for this role.
