Salary
We offer an attractive compensation package with a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
You will work closely with our Sales Teams to develop and refine sales-related processes and systems. Your responsibilities include:
  • Developing and optimizing sales processes for lead management, account acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Collections and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and delivering process and system training programs to the Sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously enhancing sales tools, including CRM systems.
  • Monitoring Sales KPIs and DPIs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Creating insightful dashboards for data analysis using Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economical field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales and/or Project Management or Sales Controlling.
  • Excellent understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects and can be detail-orientated.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to other sales offices.
