Project Manager for Process Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at VACE Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of TPO (Through Process Optimization) projects, aiming to achieve project business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement TPO projects to drive business excellence
- Organize and provide services, consulting's, and trainings to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability
- Align and cooperate with external partners for Know How services and internal business segments
- Perform root cause analytics to develop improvement measures and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or material science
- At least 5 years of industry expertise in a consultancy and/or project engineering company or a steel producing company
- Experience with customer project executions in the metal industry is preferred
- Working experience in steelmaking plants or plant building businesses is preferred
