Job Title: Senior Analyst, IT Vendor Management

Magna is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our IT Vendor Management team. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the Vendor Management procurement lifecycle process
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT Vendor Management, Procurement, or Professional Services
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field, such as business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
  • Supply Chain Degree or Certification is an asset
