Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Global Operations Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our headquarters controlling team with month-end closing, year-end closing, and planning periods.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Calculating costs for all finished goods, including semi-finished goods, and forecasting costs of goods for new product requests from all countries;
- Supporting the operations department with regard to different processes in SAP and driving optimization;
- Creating Ad-Hoc analysis and performing all planning cycles (BP, FRE, SRE, LE) for all RBS cost centers;
- Ensuring correct data input in SAP and Oracle HFM and planning HQ costs for all products, including VISIT;
- Performing/coordinating various checks to ensure correct month-end closing together with business partners and ensuring correct inventory levels;
- Coordinating timelines together with responsible operations departments and performing year-end revaluation for all materials and being responsible for inventory valuation;
- Being responsible for various projects to drive efficiency further within the organization and strategic projects like Copacker Management, Smart Data, Availability Management, Source-to-contract, etc.
Requirements
To succeed as a Senior Operations Manager, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an operations controller;
- A degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling;
- Excellent knowledge of English; German is a plus;
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM/PP, SD), SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial;
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create reports & dashboards, providing easy access to business insights;
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills;
- An analytics mindset, future vision focus, working with numbers;
- Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and result orientation;
- Proactive, self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment;
- Travel 0-10%.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
