People & Culture Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Manager to join our team at Sircle Collection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and international workplace culture that embodies our core values of heartfelt service, creativity, ambition, and surprise.
Main Responsibilities
- Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and team members on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Role Model: Demonstrate exemplary behavior and foster a workplace that mirrors our values of heartfelt service, creativity, and surprise.
- Compliance Expertise: Advise hotel leads and line managers on labor laws, permits, health and safety regulations, and other team member-related issues to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every team member's needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Team Member Relations: Manage team member relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, with empathy and professionalism.
- Performance Management: Assist managers in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and guidance for meaningful evaluations.
- Learning and Development: Create and facilitate innovative training programs, mentorship opportunities, and career development paths that encourage continuous learning.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard high-quality candidates.
- Strategic Projects: Drive and execute key People & Culture projects from Headquarters, ensuring they reflect our core values and meet our organizational objectives.
- Team Engagement: Lead initiatives that promote a dynamic workplace culture, aligned with our Sircle Values, to elevate team member satisfaction and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Conduct surveys, prepare HR reports, and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Compliance and Budgeting: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and well-prepared for any changes, and manage budgeting and forecasting for People & Culture initiatives.
- Well-being and Connection: Organize engaging meetings, creative workshops, and fun events that spark real connections and keep the energy high.
- Celebrations: Plan and execute memorable celebrations for important occasions, ensuring every team member feels recognized and appreciated for their contributions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and personnel administration.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities & to serve as a role model and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining relationships across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in German and English.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A creative problem-solver who brings fresh, innovative ideas to People & Culture practices.

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3.800,00€ for a 40-hour work week, depending on what you are bringing along. We look forward to welcoming you to our team, where you will find a supportive and engaging workplace environment.
