Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a German-speaking Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will be tasked with fostering a personal connection with a select group of clients identified as high-value and high-potential.

Your primary objective as the Client Relationship Manager will be to serve as the main liaison between our organization and the client. Through effective communication via phone, email, and live chat, you will ensure that clients feel at ease discussing any matters, including responsible gaming, bonuses, revenue, and funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with assigned clients.
  • Assist in fulfilling regulatory requests as necessary.
  • Contribute to the strategic goals of the account management team to drive growth and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Engage in responsible gambling and AML interactions with clients whenever feasible.
  • Identify potential new clients through daily business analysis and reporting.
  • Address and resolve client issues and disputes, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to influence client engagement aimed at maximizing retention.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the team to provide exceptional service to clients and relay relevant feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with the hospitality manager to organize events and enhance the client experience, attending these events with your clients.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Previous experience in an account management role is preferred (minimum of 1 year), although candidates with customer service experience in a corporate setting will also be considered.
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing safer gambling relationships.
  • A strong interest and comprehensive knowledge of licensed online gaming, including sports and casino.
  • Exceptional personal relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, knowing when to escalate issues and when to make decisions autonomously.
  • This role may require shift work and weekend availability.
