Project Quality and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality and Safety Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality and safety plans for projects, ensuring compliance with Alstom's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards, developing mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and safety are integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
- Monitor and report on quality and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality and safety procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably in the rail industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001 and IRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this role.
