About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality and Safety Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality and safety plans for projects, ensuring compliance with Alstom's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety are integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on quality and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality and safety procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001 and IRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this role.
