About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International On Premise Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our global hospitality and entertainment sector growth team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Strategy

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a global strategy for expanding Red Bull's distribution footprint within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. This will involve integrating our strategy into our overall Global On Premise Strategy to ensure growth in distribution, competitive wins, and a leading presence in high-profile venues.

Support Top Markets

You will assist the top 25 markets in rolling out and implementing our Global Strategy and pre-defined Joint Business Plans with key partners. You will also challenge them to improve overall global performance.

Win New and Leverage Current Partnerships

You will map out key stakeholders and organizational structures within leading global hospitality and entertainment groups. You will build strong networks and relationships across various levels, including global, regional, and national. Additionally, you will form new partnership agreements at global, international, and regional levels as well as leverage existing global and regional partnerships within the hospitality and entertainment segments to expand our distribution footprint.

Support and Implement Business Planning

You will support the annual business planning process for driving our hospitality and entertainment strategy. You will also manage and push boundaries through impactful Joint Business Plans with our top key account partners in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Enhance and Adapt Tools

You will utilize current tools and enhance, evolve, and adapt as necessary for efficient customer acquisition, management, and tracking.

Workshops and Follow-up and Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing

You will conduct workshops with key markets and follow up on rollout progress. You will also create and roll out dedicated training programs for the hospitality and entertainment sectors to the top 25 markets as well as define and share benchmarks from all markets, highlighting gaps and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • University Degree

You will have a university degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience.

Excellent Communication Skills

You will have an excellent command of English, and other languages are advantageous but not required.

In-Depth Knowledge of the Hospitality and Entertainment Industry

You will have in-depth knowledge of the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Experience in Key Account or Global F&B Management

You will have +3 years of experience in Key Account or global F&B Management, preferably at leading image hospitality and entertainment groups with a proven track record working with global F&B brands across sales, marketing, and insight functions.

Analytical Background and Project Management Skills

You will have an analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data, as well as project management and budgetary control skills.

Solid Understanding of Sales Processes and High-Level Negotiation

You will have a solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with global and regional key accounts.

Ability to Develop Strategies

You will be able to develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies.

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

You will have exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies and processes in a clear, concise, and empowering way.

Passion for Establishing New Business Partnerships

You will have a passion for establishing new business partnerships and be able to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain, and impact on the existing business.

Successful Negotiation Experience and Problem-Solving Skills

You will have successful negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.

Self-Motivated and Flexible

You will be self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Travel
