Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be instrumental in selecting the appropriate partnerships, developing and executing the partnership strategy, and nurturing valuable relationships with your designated partners. Your partners will include global software vendors that enhance our leading role as a Platform for Observability and Application Security. Your duties encompass a comprehensive perspective—from establishing seamless interoperability between our software solutions to promoting ongoing co-innovation and executing collaborative go-to-market strategies.

  • You will be accountable for developing, leading, and implementing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
  • You will take responsibility for collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and accomplishments to stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
  • Facilitate connections and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners and vendors, including partner executives, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Be accountable for initial technical assessments and comprehensive business strategies.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to achieve rapid global business growth.
  • Actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to stimulate innovation and revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Candidate Profile
  • You possess over 10 years of exceptional leadership, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
  • Proven experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, preferably within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ideally: Experience in establishing ISV Ecosystem Partner Programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor with a high level of comfort engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We provide attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with various benefits and perks.
  • Due to legal requirements, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. A higher salary will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
