Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in selecting suitable partnerships, formulating and executing the partnership strategy, and nurturing valuable relationships with assigned partners. Your partners will include global software vendors that complement our leading position in Observability and Application Security. Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive approach:

  • You will be accountable for developing, leading, and implementing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of alliance objectives with the overall business strategy, enhancing coherence and effectiveness.
  • You will take ownership of collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and achievements to stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners, including executive leaders, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • You will be responsible for initial technical assessments and detailed business strategies.
  • You will proactively identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to foster rapid global business growth.
  • You will actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to drive innovation and revenue growth.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.

Candidate Profile
  • You possess over 10 years of proven leadership, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
  • You have substantial experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
  • You are familiar with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, preferably within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
  • You have the ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ideally, you have experience in establishing an ISV Ecosystem Partner Program.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and an engaging personality, comfortable communicating with executives, IT management, and developers.
  • You are willing to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policies.

Compensation and Rewards

  • We provide competitive compensation packages and stock purchase options with various benefits and perks.
  • For legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
