Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be instrumental in selecting optimal partnerships, developing and executing the partnership strategy, and nurturing valuable relationships with assigned partners. Your partners will include multinational software vendors that enhance our premier position as a Platform for Observability and Application Security. Your duties will cover a comprehensive end-to-end perspective, from establishing seamless interoperability between our software solutions to driving continuous co-innovation and executing collaborative go-to-market strategies.

  • You will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
  • You will take ownership of collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and accomplishments to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners and vendors, including partner executives, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Be accountable for initial technical assessments and detailed business strategies.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to drive rapid global business growth.
  • Actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to stimulate innovation and revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Candidate Profile
  • You possess over 10 years of exemplary leadership, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
  • Proven experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, preferably within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ideally: Experience in establishing ISV Ecosystem Partner Programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor with a high degree of comfort engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policies.

  • We provide attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and perks.
  • Due to legal requirements, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
