Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in selecting optimal partnerships, developing and executing the partnership strategy, and nurturing valuable relationships with your designated partners. Your partners will include multinational software vendors that enhance our leading position as a Platform for Observability and Application Security. Your duties encompass a comprehensive view—from establishing seamless interoperability between our software solutions to driving continuous co-innovation and executing collaborative go-to-market strategies.

  • You will take charge of developing, leading, and implementing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance objectives with the overarching business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
  • You will assume responsibility for collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and achievements to stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners and vendors, engaging with partner executives, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • You will be accountable for initial technical assessments and detailed business strategies.
  • You will proactively identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to foster rapid global business growth.
  • You will actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to drive innovation and revenue growth.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Candidate Profile
  • You possess over 10 years of exceptional leadership experience, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with prominent software vendors.
  • You bring strong expertise in business development and managing partner relationships.
  • You are familiar with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, ideally within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
  • You have the ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Preferred: Experience in establishing ISV Ecosystem Partner Programs.
  • You exhibit strong interpersonal skills and possess an outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
  • You are willing to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policies.

Compensation and Rewards

  • We provide competitive compensation packages and stock purchase options with various benefits and perks.
  • For legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. A higher salary may be offered based on qualifications and experience.
