Als Retail Sales Aktivator arbeitest du eng mit dem Sales Management von SONY zusammen, um den Auftritt und den Verkauf von SONY-Produkten in den dir zugewiesenen Stores weiter zu verbessern und die positive Wahrnehmung der Marke SONY gegenüber den Handelspartnern und Kunden stetig auszubauen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Auf- und Ausbau einer partnerschaftlichen Beziehung zu allen wichtigen Ansprechpartnern in den Stores
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Sales Team zum Abgleich von Aktionen/Aktivitäten/Erfolgen in den Stores
  • Kontrolle und Analyse der Ist-Situation sowie wöchentliche Abstimmung mit dem SONY Sales Team
  • Überprüfung der Produktplatzierung (Paletten/Schütten/Flyerwerbung, etc.)
  • Schulung des Markt-Verkaufspersonals und der Promotoren
  • Aktiver Verkauf in ausgewählten Stores (in gemeinsamer Abstimmung)
  • Verantwortung für die Promotoren in deinem Gebiet in Hinblick auf Zielerreichung, Qualitätsverbesserung, Produktwissen und Verkauf
  • Präsentation der Situation in deinen Stores und damit verbundenen Verbesserungsvorschlägen in regelmäßigen Meetings
  • Unterstützung bei Events und Sondereinsätzen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Matura oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
  • Extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Begeisterung für Technologie und elektronische Produkte, insbesondere für TV und Soundbars
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Business Fokus und ein initiativer, lösungsorientierter Charakter
  • Freundliches Auftreten und positives Erscheinungsbild
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Führerschein B und EIGENER PKW
  • Reisebereitschaft
