About ALPLA
  • We are a global manufacturing company with 190 facilities across 46 countries, employing 23,300 colleagues worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and support modern maintenance solutions for spare parts management and planning to optimize our ERP-based system.
  • Lead the rollout of new software globally, ensuring seamless implementation and integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop strategic plans for corporate-level maintenance projects, including performance indicators, process optimization, and technical support.
  • Train and assist employees in using new software, as well as conduct technology-based training sessions.
  • Analyze and enhance existing maintenance processes to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Conduct independent maintenance audits at ALPLA facilities.

You'll Need:
  • A degree in a technical field or higher education with several years of professional experience.
  • Prior experience in IT environments, especially with software for spare parts management and maintenance planning.
  • A passion for technology and optimizing processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
  • Excellent social and communication skills to inspire teamwork.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.

Our estimated salary range is approximately €65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
