Global Brand Strategist for Lighting Innovation

The Zumtobel Group, a leading international lighting company, offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative lighting solutions and services through its core brands, including Zumtobel, Thorn, and Tridonic.
As the Head of Marketing for Brand Zumtobel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global brand strategy that reinforces the premium positioning of Zumtobel in the market. You will lead a team of international marketing experts and work closely with local market teams to transform and implement the global brand strategy.
This role requires a strong background in brand repositioning, with at least 5 years of experience in comparable marketing roles. You must have a proven track record of success in developing, implementing, and overseeing rebranding efforts for premium brands.
You will be employed at the Group's headquarters in Dornbirn, Austria, and will be required to travel approximately 30% of the time to foster team cohesion across locations.
Aufgaben
- Develop a premium brand strategy that enhances the positioning of Zumtobel as a premium brand in the market.
- Execute and influence key stakeholders and large audiences to embark on the brand journey.
- Conduct market research and analyze global trends, target group behavior, and the competitive premium brand landscape to create a differentiating brand positioning.
- Drive performance by evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and creating KPIs to adapt or start additional marketing campaigns.
- Inspire collaboration and manage stakeholders by providing a level-one interface with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Empower leadership by establishing the team's structure, fostering individual potential, assigning resources, and addressing training requirements.
Profil
- Completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced global environment.
- Digital and operative marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and fluency in English.
- Encouraging leadership and fostering team commitment, with valuable intercultural experience.
- Empowering communication skills, with the ability to inform, influence, and challenge confidently across all levels.
