Position: SALES ASSISTANT (m/w/d)

Company: NAME IT

Work Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the presentation of merchandise and uphold cleanliness and organization within the store.
  • Recommend and showcase products based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Actively support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and assist in the preparation and display of collections.
  • Collaborate closely with our store management team.

Qualifications:

  • A motivated, open-minded, and communicative individual.
  • Quick learner with a self-directed, precise, and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
  • Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in German; English skills are a plus.
