About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the search for tech-focused roles at Dynatrace, pushing the status quo and finding innovative ways to attract talent.
  • Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for our R&D organization, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs.
  • Coach and advise based on your knowledge in the IT market and the competitive landscape.
  • Evangelize the Dynatrace brand before, during, and after recruitment, working closely with our Employer Branding team.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple requisitions, executing in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting experience across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Experience recruiting across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
About Us

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
