About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our R&D Talent Team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the search for tech-focused roles at Dynatrace, pushing the status quo and finding innovative ways to attract talent.
  • Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for our R&D organization, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs.
  • Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador, evangelizing our employer brand before, during, and after recruitment.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple requisitions, balancing speed with a great candidate experience.
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting experience across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Experience recruiting across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering.
  • Experience in hiring and finding leadership profiles.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand the goals of the business.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
