Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.
You will be the expert in driving the search for a specific set of tech-focused roles at Dynatrace. You will push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Full life cycle recruitment for our R&D organization, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs.
- Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment and work closely with our Employer Branding team.
- Own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience.
- Previous recruiting experience across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
- Experience recruiting across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
