We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract top talent to our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Expertise: You will drive the search for tech-focused roles at Dynatrace, pushing the status quo and finding innovative ways to attract talent.
- Hiring and Partnering: You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for our R&D organization, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Candidate Experience: You will foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs.
- Employer Branding: You will be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador, working closely with our Employer Branding team to promote our company culture and values.
- Organizational Skills: You will own multiple requisitions, balancing speed with a great candidate experience, using your own judgment to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Recruitment Experience: Previous recruiting experience across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience recruiting across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering.
- Leadership Experience: Experience hiring and finding leadership profiles.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Communication Skills: Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
- Business Acumen: Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand the goals of the business.

Compensation and Rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
