About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Talentor Austria GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the South-West-European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal)
  • Manage planning processes and track performance in these markets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on product launches
  • Provide market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing the CRM platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment
  • Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
