Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development and Account Manager to join our team in Salzburg, Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal)
  • Manage planning processes and track performance in these markets
  • Drive long-term relationships with existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
  • Work closely with the marketing team on product launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, technical support, and prototyping
  • Provide market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing the CRM platform
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment
  • Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
