We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development and Account Manager to join our team in Salzburg, Austria.
Key Responsibilities:- Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal)
- Manage planning processes and track performance in these markets
- Drive long-term relationships with existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
- Work closely with the marketing team on product launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, technical support, and prototyping
- Provide market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing the CRM platform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment
- Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people
- Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
