Job Title: Market Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development and Account Manager to join our team in Salzburg, Austria.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in South-West Europe, specifically in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal. Key responsibilities include:

  • Extending the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries
  • Managing planning processes and tracking performance in these markets
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing brand partners
  • Building a strong network within the relevant industry
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on product launches
  • Providing market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as managing the CRM platform
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment
  • Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
