Job Title: Market Development and Account Manager

Are you a sales expert looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading international company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth in South-West European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (IT, FR, ESP, PRT)
  • Manage planning processes and track performance in these markets
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches
  • Provide market expertise, especially in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as managing the CRM platform
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment
  • Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (advantageous French)
