Job Title: Market Development and Account Manager

Our client, a leading international company, is seeking a highly skilled Market Development and Account Manager to drive business growth in South-West European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal)
  • Manage planning processes and track performance in these markets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on product launches
  • Work cross-functionally with partners, technical support, and prototyping teams
  • Provide market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing the CRM platform (xRM)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in a similar environment
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Strong project management skills and self-confidence
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
