Job Title: Market Development and Account Manager

Our client, a leading international company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth in the South-West European region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning processes and track performance in target markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners and build a network within the relevant industry
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and drive cross-functional projects
  • Provide market expertise, particularly in Italy, to participate in public tenders
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing the CRM platform
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in a similar environment
  • Exposure to key stakeholders in purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail
  • Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French is an advantage)
