About the RoleSustainability Services Manager

The Sustainability Services Manager will be responsible for delivering internal and external sustainability-related services, including life cycle assessments, product carbon footprint, recyclability, innovation, and developing new sustainability services.

This role will also take the lead on the development of internal and external communication materials and trainings, serving as a business partner for all internal and external product sustainability topics.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and carry out comparative life cycle assessments according to international standards.
  • Develop methodologies and tools further to enhance sustainability services.
  • Manage and perform recyclability and EPR fees assessments of our products.
  • Support the development of new sustainable product solutions with relevant KPIs and sustainability insights.
  • Develop our Sustainability Service portfolio further.
  • Manage internal and external sustainability-related trainings and communications.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree with a focus on natural science or technology, at least 8 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a comparable position. You should also possess exceptional analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and the ability to explain complex sustainability topics to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Benefits

We offer a competitive annual compensation package starting at €57,000 gross all-in, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
