Compensation
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
About the Role
As a Digital Transformation Consultant for Agile Practices, you will be responsible for coaching various organizational entities and roles in R&D to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the understanding of our way of working according to our Value Creation Guide. You will drive knowledge sharing, facilitate, coordinate, and design trainings, and workshops for topics focusing especially on Agile mindset and practices. You will proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and needs and collect feedback. You will drive organizational change to solve challenges and improve value delivery. You will support the R&D Organization through the Continuous Agile Improvement Workflow by identifying, prioritizing, and creating the space for solving impediments. You will establish guidelines and provide good practices for effective collaboration in the value creation flow across the R&D organization e.g. via the Value Creation Guide. You will ensure process adherence by increasing awareness and understanding through documentation, trainings, and communication. You will proactively contribute to updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Value Creation Guide. You will proactively acquire deep knowledge and understanding of the big picture and the strategic view, company culture, dynamics, how people interact and collaborate through listening, observing, and learning, general challenges of scaling. You will anticipate obstacles and proactively bring proposals to remove them.
Requirements
Min. 8 years of experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Transformation lead in medium to large-scale organizations. Experience with distributed/remote teams. Experience in Change management/Organization design. Experience as a software engineer/ with product development to communicate with our experts accordingly. Certifications (Agile Master, Scrum Master, SAFe, LESS, ...). Organizational talent with sensitivity. Strong communication skills, pleasure in moderating, assertiveness, and fun working with people. Independent work is required. We act with a lot of freedom, which should be considered and used reasonably (Autonomy Principle). Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners spread across different locations and countries with different cultural backgrounds. Very good spoken and written knowledge of English (German is a plus).
