Position Overview

The role involves comprehensive customer relationship management and development, focusing on acquiring new clients within the large customer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in collaboration with the marketing department to devise effective acquisition campaigns.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and the technical team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Formulate tailored sales strategies that cater to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Participate actively in the evolution and enhancement of the service portfolio.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach to successful closure.
  • Conduct ongoing market segmentation, account analysis, and strategic account management.
  • Consistently achieve set sales targets.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, particularly in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge in areas such as IT Security, Cloud Services, Servers, Network Infrastructure, and IT Outsourcing.
  • A sales-oriented personality with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and fostering enduring customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and proactive decision-making abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent networking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
