Job Title: Senior Account Executive, CEE

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving new business revenue growth in the Central and Eastern Europe region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the CEE region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Emarsys products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reporting to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of software sales experience in the CEE region.
  • Fluent in English and local language(s).
  • Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a software or SaaS company.
  • Strong cold calling skills and ability to work in a structured, targeted environment.
  • Relevant sales experience in email, marketing automation, business, CRM, or related software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
