Job Title: Senior Account Executive, CEE

The Senior Account Executive is a key role in driving business growth and revenue in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This position is responsible for securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the CEE region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience in software or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Experience working in a structured, targeted environment with challenging KPIs.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
