About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Erste Group Bank. As a key member of our Non-Bank Financial Institutions team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with large institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice on treasury and securities services to clients, including custody, brokerage, and financing solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client requests and investigations, including client onboarding and product questionnaires
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, with a focus on corporate and institutional business
  • Proven track record of success in relationship management, treasury sales, or securities services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
