About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management, sales, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

**Sales and Business Development**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic directors and therapy teams.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.

**Business Development and Expansion**

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our Tele-Rehab model to new clinics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements as needed.

**Strategic Account Management**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic directors and therapy teams.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team to enhance the AI therapy software based on client and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives.
Requirements

**Minimum Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German for customer contact.

**Strong Plus Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and patient care processes.
  • Background in therapy or clinical practice.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a project team.
  • Analytical skills to assess the performance of the Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
