About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the promotion and sales of our AI-powered therapy software to clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our AI-powered therapy software to new clinics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinics.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team to enhance the AI therapy software based on client and patient needs.
  • Oversee and support test phases of the product in clinics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German for customer contact.

Our Process
  1. Initial interview with Head of Sales (~30 mins) to discuss background, experiences, and interests.
  2. Case preparation: research and develop a strategy for approaching a new B2B client.
  3. Meeting with Founders (~1 hour) to present and discuss case preparation.
  4. Decision: review performance and fit for the role to make a final decision.
