About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the promotion and sales of our AI-powered therapy software to clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outreach to potential clinic clients to promote our AI-powered therapy software.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to showcase the benefits of our software.
  • Oversee and support test phases of the product in clinics to ensure successful implementation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand our key business model related to tele-rehabilitation, working closely with clinic directors and therapy teams to ensure high standards of patient care and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German for customer contact.

  • A minimum salary of 3,038 EUR gross monthly salary for full-time, with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
