Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Central Europe. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the geotextile and nonwoven markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM converters, distribution partners, and end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and market expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to track sales performance and maintain accurate demand forecasts
Qualifications:
  • Several years of sales experience in the nonwoven or geotextile industries
  • Strong communication and language skills, with proficiency in English and preferably Polish or Hungarian
  • Technical background in the target applications, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance
