About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Promotion and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our AI-powered therapy software.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that our products and services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and contract negotiation; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in German for customer contact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
