Business Intelligence Analyst
We are part of Erste Group, the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 2,500 branches and 45,000 employees. Our team of 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts is the bank's Digital Muscle.
The CRR department provides a reporting platform that connects end-users with Credit Risk relevant group-wide data. With hundreds of end-users, we are aware of our key position in business reporting processes. We participate in major DWH releases, evaluating, enhancing, and testing our solution. Together with business colleagues, we aim to provide a stable reporting platform with timely and high-quality data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing new data requirements and adapting or creating data catalogs and specifications for Data Quality checks
- Supporting in resolving operations incidents
- Collaborating with Risk Business Users across Erste Group in ongoing projects related to technical and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and enhancing our reports
- Analyzing existing data using SQL skills
Requirements:
- English and German language knowledge (at least B2/C1 level)
- Analytical mindset and experience with requirement gathering in a financial context
- Knowledge of Data Management and Modeling
- Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with data models
- Experience in a product-driven environment and version control tools (Subversion, Git, Bitbucket)
- Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
- Responsibility and accountability
- Curiosity and respect for all people
- At least 4+ years of work experience
