Lead IT Support Engineer (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities
Efficient handling of IT service requests and incidents via the Service Desk through phone, remote assistance, on-site support, and ticketing systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system issues. Providing technical support and solutions for hardware and software challenges. Collaborating with other IT teams and service partners to resolve complex issues and implement service enhancements. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication. Participating in IT projects aimed at implementing new technologies or improving IT services. Actively contributing to the creation and maintenance of the Knowledge Base to assist customers and internal teams.Your Qualifications
Completed training from an IT vocational school or equivalent qualifications. Proven experience with MS Client OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Cloud Applications (O365, MS Teams, One Drive), and Microsoft Services (Active Directory/Entra ID, DHCP, DNS, GPO), as well as File and Print Services. Experience with scripting and automation of IT tasks is advantageous. Demonstrable professional experience in IT service, preferably in a Service Desk environment. Strong service orientation and customer focus. Solid knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL fundamentals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. Team-oriented with a strong customer focus. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel occasionally, valid driver's license class B.Our Benefits
